Allyson Felix

Allyson Nicole Felix was born on November 18 on the 18th of November in Los Angeles. She was the daughter of Paul Felix was an ordained minister at the Master's Seminary in Sun Valley and their mother Marlean Felix was a school teacher at Balboa Magnet Elementary School. Felix had an early flair for sports when she was attending Los Angeles Baptist High School. Her sprinting talent at that at the time. Just 10 weeks after her first attempt, she finished in second place in the 200 meter event of the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championship. Felix had graduated high school in 2003 signed an athletic contract with Adidas. Then she attended an institution called the University of Southern California and completed her studies in elementary education. Felix's first Olympic medal came at the 2004 Summer Olympics, in Athens Greece. Felix set an international junior record running 200m in 22.18 seconds. At the 2005 Helsinki World Championships, Felix became the youngest winner in the world for the 200 meter race. The title was upheld once again in 2007, beating her Jamaican opponent Veronica Campbell. Felix was a participant in the Olympics in Beijing London Rio de Janeiro and Tokyo constantly placing within the top three of her competitions.
